CINC - PARENT LAWYER PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

LPDB has opened the process of regulations for Children in Need of Care, Parental Representations.  This will ultimately result in adoption of legally binding performance standards.  Comments should be sent to Clay Walker, or send them to us here at lapda and we will forward your comments to Clay, the Juvenile Justice Director for the State Board.
